How and when do I get an invoice?

How and when do I get an invoice? Although Google doesn't post or email invoices to advertisers, you can print invoices through your account's billing summary page. The monthly invoice will contain all payments or payment requests for that calendar month. Go to your Billing Summary page now. Get your most recent invoice First make sure that the invoice you want is already available. An invoice for a particular month will be available on the first day of the next month. For example, your invoice for April will be issued on 1 May. During April, Monthly invoice not yet ready will appear. However, you can always print a receipt for each of your payments. Once the invoice is ready, you'll see a link in the shaded bar along the top of the billing summary table for that month. Follow the instructions below to print your invoice. 1. Sign in to your AdWords account at https://adwords.google.co.uk . If you have a My Client Centre account, make sure that you navigate to the appropriate client account. 2. Click the Billing tab and select Billing summary. 3. Set the appropriate date range from the drop-down menus above the billing summary table. To get your most recent invoice, choose Last month as the date range. 4. Click Print invoice, which appears in the shaded bar along the top of the billing summary table for that month. 5. Invoices can't be changed Once an invoice is issued, we won't be able to make any changes to it. This is the case even if you've accidentally entered incorrect billing information. However, you can edit your billing information any time, and the changes will be reflected on your future invoices. It's also not possible to get a separate invoice for each campaign. Electronic invoices are legally valid The invoices that you print from your account are historical invoices. They show your payments and, if applicable, the taxes that we charged you on those payments in a given period. Because each invoice includes our tax ID as well as yours, it's legally valid and will be accepted by your local tax authorities. If you're concerned that these invoices might not be legally valid without a stamp or original signature, please know that our online invoices comply with the European Union requirements given in the current VAT directive, Article 226, Council Directive 2006/112/EC. The directive stipulates the formal requirements for a valid VAT invoice, and it's been incorporated into the domestic VAT legislation of each EU member state. Please consult your local legislature or tax advisor if you have questions. VAT might not be included
