Fix a suspended site
A suspended site is a website that can't be advertised with AdWords. We've suspended this site because we think it has an issue with one or more of our AdWords policies. As a result, we unfortunately can't show any ads that point to that website. To get your ads up and running, find out why your site was suspended, edit your website as needed and then contact us when you're done so that we can review your site again.
Find out why your site was suspended
If we suspend your site, you'll see "Site suspended" in your account. We'll also send you an email about it. The email will tell you the name of the policy that was violated, the site that's in violation and a link that points you to more information about that policy and how to fix the issue. You can then review the policy to understand why your site was suspended.
Example
If the email that we sent says that your site was suspended due to our "User safety" policy, you should click the link in the email to go to the policy page about "User safety". The policy page will have an explanation of the policy, examples of what's allowed and not allowed and steps that you can take to request a re-review of your site.
Edit your site
Once you understand the policy that your site was suspended for, you can work on editing your site to fix the policy issue. The steps that you need to take will depend on the policy.
Example
If your website was suspended for our "Arbitrage" policy, and you click the link in the email, the policy page will show how you should add more unique and useful content to your site, while reducing the amount of space taken up by ads.
Contact us
Once you've made the necessary changes to your site, you should complete the contact form, including a description of the changes that you've made. Our AdWords specialists will then review your site to confirm that you corrected the policy issue. If you fixed the issue successfully, we'll change the Status column in your Ads tab from "Site suspended" to its new ad status.
